## Who is this book for

This book is for everyone who uses BillingPie at work.

* **Owners** who want to know how the business is doing.
* **Managers** who run the day and watch the team.
* **Staff** who pack orders, take payments, and book sales.
* **Accountants** who close the books at month end.

You do not need to know any code. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this book.

## Where to start

New here? Take the guided path.

1. Open the [Getting Started](/docs/quick-start/getting-started.md) guide.
2. Follow the steps for your first day. Set up your company. Add a godown.
3. Invite your team. Add your first customer and product.
4. Raise your first sale order.

> 💡 **Pro Tip:** Keep this book open in a second tab while you work. It is faster to look up a screen than to guess.

## How to find a screen fast

There are three easy ways to find what you need.

* **Side menu** — pick the section that matches the screen you are on.
* **Search box** — type a word like "payment" or "transfer" and pick from the list.
* **The list below** — jump straight to any section.

## How to give us feedback

We want this book to be easy to read and right every time.

* Found a screen that does not match? Tell us.

Open the **Help** menu in the app and click **Send feedback**. A short note is enough.
